I have over 10 years of experience and have helped many people get on track to a healthy lifestyle and meet their goals. Along with that I have gone through some physical transformations myself. I have competed in powerlifting and bodybuilding competitions, along with running a half marathon! All of these events have made me a better trainer to help you with whatever your goal may be. My name is Jason Lynch, NASM Certified Trainer, husband of 30 years, and proud father and grandfather. Three years ago, I weighed 253 pounds and felt ashamed of my body. A brutally honest comment from my 7-year-old daughter about my appearance sparked my transformation. I lost 70 pounds and regained my confidence, even winning the Master’s Division at the 2021 Minnesota Mayhem Bodybuilding Championship. Today, I train others on similar journeys to a healthier lifestyle, while helping them become the absolute best version of the person they want to be.

My name is Jen Meyer, an ISSA Certified Trainer, wife of 24 years, and mom to two amazing adult children. My fitness journey began years ago, but my turning point came in 2016 when my dad passed from a heart attack, pushing me to make lasting changes. With the help of a trainer, I found success in both powerlifting and bodybuilding. Now, I help others overcome barriers and achieve their best life, mentally and physically.
